Join NOT Dr Tamara this week for another show about homeschooling. Prompted by the many questions she received from her Instagram followers, she decided it was time to do another show about it (the first show she did on homeschooling is here). She starts the show by revisiting the many reasons she has chosen to homeschool her youngest 3 children. These include (amongst other things) what she believes to be the deliberate dumbing of children and the racist issues children are still facing today. Tamara is a firm believer in the power of homeschooling but she readily admits that it is not for everyone. She discusses how it may or may or not work for you and goes over the pros and cons realistically. She continues the hour by answering the main questions she gets about homeschooling, such as; Why? How? Where? She gives info on the groups and classes available for homeschooled children and answers the number 1 question homeschoolers get: ‘but how do they socialise?’ And the answer is a good one. As always Tamara humour and ‘different’ outlook make for an interesting show. Press play for another unmissable hour!

This week NOT Dr. Tamara talks frankly about why she has chosen to take a vow of celibacy. For many reasons she believes this to be the right decision for her right now and she openly discusses all of those reasons. Whilst most of them are understandable-some of them are a bit odd (of course, this is NOT Dr. Tamara after all). More interestingly, this week she finally opens up about her relationship/s with the fathers of her children and how she ended up raising her 4 children alone. She tells the tale of the last 10 years and the bittersweet story of how her first and last children have the same father. It’s not all doom and gloom though because as always Tamara chooses look at the positives and makes the best of her situation. As usual she does not hold back anything and bares her soul for all too see! This show is as always unmissable, press play now!

This weeks show starts out a bit weird. Tamara shares her odd month and the experiences she has had with her ex partner and somebody new she met (you can check him out here www.mellow9productions.co.uk ). She talks about the financial shift she has experienced and all the weird things she has been doing to cause this shift. She talks about using tektite crystals to remove issues from her past life and how she used her moon blood to make a special wish. She has been going through some major shifts and as always she is very open about all of it. The second half of the show Tamara talks about the products she uses on her children and how she likes to keep it simple. Coconut oil and shea butter are all she uses on both their hair and skin. Both are organic, virgin and cold pressed/raw. Tamara buys all of her coconut oil at and most other health products here at: www.nukraft.co.uk

This was a slightly shorter show than normal, but as always it was not to be missed! Download now…

Another open and vibrant show this week. Tamara starts by explaining about her recent decision to remove her eldest son from his high school to homeschool him. She discusses the racist issues he faced as well as the decline of his well-being whilst there. She talks about ‘the wolf of Walthamstow‘ and how impressed she was by him and how unimpressed she was with the way the school treated him. She explains how important it is to develop entrepreneurial skills from a young age and why she is trying to encourage her son to start his own business. She goes on to talk about all the health supplements she is currently using. Of course she starts out by talking about her favourite thing-Chia seeds. She says they get her through the day and even better she swears they keep her skin clear. She talks about her latest interest-nootropics. They are basically smart drugs to enhance your brains ability to do everything it already does. Tamara is relatively new to the world of nootropics but nonetheless is quite informative on the subject. She also talks about how grossed out she was by her own attempt at making Kombucha. Kombucha is a fermented tea drink full of probiotics and she explains how good it’s for you as well as how she ended up getting drunk and why you might need to be careful. She has a rant about how expensive a lot of these health products are and how annoyed she gets as the very people who need them cannot afford them. She explains about the health benefits of Acai. She also discusses the very important matter of how it’s pronounced.

As always this is not a show to miss! Press play now…

Join NOT Dr. Tamara for her most difficult show to date. As you are all probably aware, Tamara does not hold anything back. She has been open and frank from the beginning and she recently went through something that shook her whole being. As some of you may know, Tamara had a brother that died when he was just a few days old. This painful past was brought abruptly into the present after Tamara’a best friend gave birth to her daughter a few weeks ago. Little Lottie-Bleu was born and due to the hospitals negligence, when being born she was starved of oxygen which left her severely brain damaged. This was the same fate her own brother suffered and then subsequently died, however this was not to be little Lottie’s fate. After being told she would not make it past a few days she miraculously pulled through and is fighting on. This whole situation however caused Tamara a giant heartbreak. Having to watch her best friend go through the same ordeal her own parents did and knowing what it feels like AND reliving her own situation again caused Tamara to go through a healing process she never went through when her own brother died. Tamara talks openly about how it affected her and explains why she has been MIA for a few weeks. Now whilst this was not the happiest of starts to ‘The Happy Hour’ the mood did lift in the second part of the show when Tamara tells us all about the natural things she is using at the moment, from nootropics (fancy brain/smart drugs) to home brewed Kombucha. As always this is not a show to be missed-press play now!

Because of the life long support and care Lottie-Bleu is going to need, we are raising funds to support her and all the care she needs. We are holding a fundraising event on 28th July and if you have anything you could donate to the raffle or even something big for our auction please email me at tamara@notdrtamara.com alternatively if you wish to donate some money you can do so here https://www.gofundme.com/lottiebleu

All help is much appreciated X

Join NOT Dr. Tamara for her very first solo show. This week she talks about a subject she is very passionate about: Veganism.

Tamara has been vegan-ish for over a year now and after experiencing such positive effects in her own life, she wants to share with others just how much it has helped her. Her periods were the first thing she realised improved greatly. She started to notice a correlation between eating milk chocolate and particularly painful periods and attributes that to the awful process the cows are going through to produce the milk. She also talks about how since her eldest son went dairy free at 18 months, he has not had a cold since (almost 12 years!). She discusses the many other dangers of milk and you can read the rest of the article she cites here: www.all-creatures.org

This show is full of legitimate reasons as why you should be vegan for your mind, body and soul. However Tamara readily admits that being vegan is not easy the easiest thing to do in the world. In this show she covers the very real reasons as to why she chose to be vegan and why they far outweigh the reasons to not be. One of the reasons is the dark fact that human meat has been found in the food supply chain before. She argues that if you are prepared to eat any meat you should not have a problem with eating another human, as meat is meat at the end of the day. Tamara explains all the benefits the planet reaps when people go vegan. You can find more on the benefits of going vegan here: www.vegnews.com This was not a show to be missed-especially if you love the planet!

Listen now to find out the many other reasons Tamara went vegan and where she gets her protein from! (Hint* it’s the the same place the animals get theirs)

You can listen to Tamara every Tuesday evening from 10-11pm on www.autonomousmedia.net and follow her on Instagram for daily inspiration.

Join the girls for another informative show. This show is all about how you can reduce your stress levels. Stress is the biggest killer and the number one problem in most doctors offices. It is the precursor to most disease and illness and Tamara is passionate about helping people to lower their stress levels. Of course the number one thing the girls use to alleviate their own stress is cannabis and Tamara kicks the show off with a little CBD and THC education. They discuss the psychoactive properties of it and why some strains can send you a bit bonkers. Tamara talks about the many different things you can do to help your stress levels. She talks about perspective and how that can help you cope with many things and how her favourite question to ask when the shit hits the fan is ‘but did you die?’. Tamara measure her problems via this question and generally finds that if the answer is no then it is not really worth stressing over. Her and Tina talk about the power of deep breathing and how acknowledging our breath and becoming conscious of it can really help to keep you calm. Tamara explains how sleeping outside for a week can help to reset your circadian rhythm as if you don’t sleep properly it will inevitably lead to feeling stressed.

Tamara explains the importance of releasing all your pent up frustration and anger. She talks again about how pent up emotions cause so many problems. She talks about how important it is to shed this ‘spiritual fat’ so it can no longer harm you. The girls discuss the importance of forgiveness and learning to move on. Tamara talks about how important it is as a mother to make sure she is happiest first and how it is not selfish, it is actually necessary for the well-being of everyone else in the family. They discuss work stress and how absurd it is all in the name of money. Tamara suggests looking at someone like Mark the Moneyless man for things to do to stop needing so much. The girls chat about many other interesting things and this was another unmissable show (and if you want to know what happened when Tamara got chlamydia AND arrested as a teenager)…download now.

Join NOT Dr. Tamara and the lovely Tina for another vibrant and informative show. Tina kicks off by telling everyone about her recent experience in a float tank. She explained the many health benefits as well as how relaxing it was. She was particularly amazed at how long the effects were lasting for as well, having been in a state of bliss still, days after the going in the tank. Tamara had her own amazing story to share as well about her new found obsession ‘colloidal copper’. Having met a wonderful woman that handcrafts all her own hemp and wildflower products AND makes her own colloidal silver, copper and gold, she has started using it religiously everyday with what she says are amazing results. Copper has been used for many years and historically by women renowned for their beauty such as cleopatra to help promote and maintain their good looks. The copper itself tightens skin and encourages the production of new skin cells and Tamara can’t stop banging on about it! She also explains the other benefits of colloidal copper such as its anti inflammatory properties. The girls talk about all things relaxing such as infra red saunas and going for massages.

Tina talks about how her partner healed himself in a few days from an ongoing cough that was persisting in other friends and family for weeks, with nothing other than colloidal silver and honey and lemon. Tamara talks about her facial routine (or lack of) and the new things she is using on her face and how happy she is. She also talks about how she has started taking wild blue green algae again and why. (You can read about Tamara’s personal experience with algae here). As always this was not a show to be missed, press play and listen now!

Join NOT Dr. Tamara and the lovely Tina for this weeks show. Tamara is super passionate about how she raises her children. Natural is the way forward for her and her family and she and Tina discuss all the things she does to try and keep them nice and healthy. Tamara discusses what her children eat and drink the problems with ingesting anything other than water and whole fresh foods. Aspartame is one of Tamara’s most hated additives EVER and she talks about some of the side effects and dangers of drinking it and her annoyance that it is banned in most other countries but not hers. She talks about how also hates dairy products and explains how Amelia’s eczema has cleared up since being cheese free. She also shares the story of how after cutting out milk from her eldest sons diet years ago she cleared an ‘un-clearable’ cold and he has not had a cold since. They discuss everything from breastfeeding to vaccinating (or NOT vaccinating in Tamara’s case) to Tina’s love of plant based milk that Tamara says tastes like cows arse! If you’re trying to raise happy, healthy children this is an unmissable show!

Join NOT Dr. Tamara and the lovely Tina for this weeks show. This week the girls are discussing all things natural and alternative. This show is dedicated to everything Tamara uses to keep her children healthy and happy should they ever get sick. Currently her eldest son has been suffering with warts on his finger and she explains how she has been using apple cider vinegar to treat them and how amazed she has been at how quick it has worked. She talks about her new favourite ‘cure all’ colloidal silver. She has been using to cure everything from coughs and colds to wrinkles. She uses it in almost all situations and recently has been using it for her crows feet! She talks about the simple magic of drinking raw honey and lemon when you have a sore throat and how the power of drinking it daily can help keep your immune system fighting fit in the winter. Her daughter has suffered with eczema since she was small and she discusses how she got that under control by eliminating things such as fabric softener and she says removing dairy products from her diet is what has cleared it up completely.  They both love coconut oil and they talk about the 100’s of amazing things it does. Tina talks about her success with using coconut oil on her hair to thicken it up and how she loves using it in cooking. Tamara talks about her ‘no poo’ diet and how she no longer uses shampoo and how using castile soap has helped to spur her own hair growth. Press play now to find out what Tina has been doing with some balls!

This weeks Happy Hour was a very special show and had a very special guest. Freeman Jack of the Psychonautulus joined the girls to explain all about the gut microbiome and the effect they have not only the food choices we make, but our thought processes and the actions we take too. Jack explains how the gut microbiome we have are formed from whatever we were fed as young children. He breaks down the function of the microbiome and explains the scary fact that these bacteria are actually so large in numbers and strength that they can cause you to not only act irrationally, but they have the power to try and actually kill you if you do not feed them what they desire. They all discuss how becoming a vegan and the removing meat from your diet suddenly can cause an almost anarchic reaction from your gut microbiome. These bacteria want what they know and they will go to any means to get it. However as always mind trumps matter and the gang discuss how you can fight these bacteria and slowly kill them off by feeding them a small amount of what they want while the good bacteria have a chance to grow bigger and stronger, all the while being strong mentally and applying mindfulness. Jack suggests a high probiotic diet and the intake of a lot of ‘available’ foods such as mashed potatoes and porridge oats to help good bacteria thrive. History was also made as Tamara suggested to Jack that the endocrine system and the chakra system are linked and Jack admitted Tamara had actually taught him something for once! They vaguely discuss the zombie apocalypse should red meat ever be banned but as always Tamara is positive some happy thoughts will save us all… And jack had to agree that could be slightly true. Chemtrails, nitrous poisoning and hayfever were also featured in this weeks show, there is so much to learn, do not miss out and download now!

Tamara is a mother of 4 children aged 11, 5, 3 and 1. She lives just outside of London and home-schools her youngest 3. Homeschooling whilst not an easy decision to make, it is not as difficult as you may think. There are lot of online resources, special classes and home-school clubs to join and take part in that you do not need to worry about how to do it all. So many have done it before and a lot more are choosing to do it, that there are plenty of maps and tools to help you navigate teaching your child/children at home. Tamara talks about the reasons why she personally chose to home-school her own offspring and how she came to make that life changing decision. She covers everything from the intended destruction of a child’s natural creativity to the underlying racial issues that some people are still unfortunately facing in schools. Tamara’s eldest son has experienced quite a lot of racism from older teachers at the high school he goes too and Tamara talks about why she will not allow her other children to go through anything similar. Tina and Tamara discuss the fact that the current education system seems to be none other than a factory to make slaves. They talk about the problems that are not being dealt with because schools fear bad ofsted reports and loss of funding. For instance, bullying often goes unreported as many schools refuse to admit they have a problem because of the reprimands they face. These are just some of the situations parents are currently faced with and there are so many factors to consider that this is really not a show to miss. Homeschooling is not as hard as you might think and if it’s something you have ever considered then this is definitely the show for you.

The word on everyone’s lips today is VAGINAS. NOT Dr. Tamara and Tina are talking all things of a goddess nature in this show. Tamara discusses the suppression of the most natural thing in the world: menstruation, and how, its suppression is how the few evil men are keeping control of the world. She covers all sorts from replacing tampons with mooncups to how to use your moon blood (menstruation blood) to help save the planet. She also talks about the moon and how it effects not only our cycle but many others things as well. Tina talks openly about how she was taught to hide her femininity with her family and how it now effects the way she raises her own daughter. She also talks about her new favourite man- Dr. Axe. His website is a hub of knowledge and all things holistically health related and Tina swears he is helping her through her own mental battles with menstruation and menopause.
Tamara goes into super weird territory and discusses all sorts from Yoni eggs to the health benefits of drinking her own menstrual blood full of stem cells and all the magical powers it can bring… This is not a show to miss, hit the share button and download now!

Is weed a gateway drug? The question is the gateway to what? Happiness? Food? Fun? Its certainly not crack.

Join NOT Dr. Tamara and Tina as they discuss exactly what is through the gateway as they delve deep into all things cannabis. From the absurdity of it being a natural growing ancient healing plant that is illegal only for political reasons, to the many tinctures and extracts you can make. Tamara talks about the extraction process itself and the different types of fat you can work with and the various ways in which you can use them.

Tamara briefly (and badly) covers a scientific study conducted by Dr Dreher on mothers who used cannabis whilst pregnant and breastfeeding. She discusses the facts and that the study surprisingly found that children were more intelligent from the mothers that had used cannabis. Tamara attributes her own children’s intelligence partly to her own partition in cannabis whilst pregnant. Tina talks about how much it has helped people she knows with healing all sort of different health issues. They talk about the stresses of life and how smoking can ease many of them and how cannabis helps to dissolve all bad feelings, which is what they believe makes it such a powerful plant. This is not a show to be missed! If you have any questions or suggestions, please get in contact.

Join NOT Dr. Tamara + Tina this week as they discuss all aspects of metaphysical healing. Tamara discusses one of her favourite books called ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ by the wonderful Louise L Hay and talks about her story and the effect it has had on her life. Tamara believes people experience dis-ease because they are storing up feelings from past emotional trauma and those feeling turn into things like cancer and all sorts. Tamara talks about her own experience of sexual assault and how not dealing with it affected her mentally as well as physically. She explains how she had to learn the hard way what happens if you don’t deal with your issues, whatever they may be. The girls discuss ‘energy vampires’ and people that are draining to be around. Tamara thinks that we tend to draw these people to ourselves because of how we feel. The girls talk openly about a lot of other things from childhood issues to past relationship. This is not a show to miss, especially if you are going through your own healing process.

Join the girls this week for another vibrant show. Tamara is on a bit of a rampage at the beginning as her sons school is driving her a bit bonkers. She talks about the racist issues she is dealing with currently and the attitudes of the school and the problems that arise when schools are run like a business. After her rant she starts to explain how she came to write ‘The Happy Diet’ and what she hopes people will get from reading it. She discusses the importance of understanding happiness and how easy it is to attain. She explains how important it is to be happy because the universe responds to your frequency and the frequency of happiness is what attaches us to other amazing things.

She goes through the first week and touches a bit on week 2. The ladies talks about yoga and the many benefits and Tamara shares how easy the yoga sequence is that she does, Yoga for Dummies. Tamara explains the benefits of simply breathing properly and how belly breathing is so important for relieving stress. She also talks openly about how she uses all these things in her own life to relieve stress.

Tamara loves chia seeds and is convinced they are what keeps her skin so clear. She is obsessed with drinking them daily and swears by them for energy. This was a really good show full of lots of little tips on saving money and buying the right products. The girls share where they get all products from and Tamara is especially fond of www.nukraft.co.uk for her health products.
